    Sell or shipped wrong item a Nokia 2780 instead of 2720. Seller emailed me saying they could not send a prepaid return. Sellor requested I provide my PayPal account and supposedly they would refund cost of shipping. That sounds like fraud to me. This vendor is not to your standards. I want you to get me a refund of purchase price. I will ship incorrect item back to sellor, if sellor provides a prepaid shipping notice. I will not allow sellor into my pay pay account.
