    Advertises everything, delivers on next too nothing!

    I am extremely disappointed with this sliding door operator. The installation instructions lack detail, are very confusing! There were NO operation/programing instructions except the very few lines in the installation instruction. Searching the internet gave little more than general comments. The advertisements say all the things you can do with the system. But that is useless unless we know how to set it up and have all the required parts. Only things working are the push buttons, but they won't let you keep the door open. Customer support is useless (yes we know we should rewrite the instructions)!
