Excellent sound quality
Sound quality is excellent. I do a lot of conferencing now with COVID, and noticed my Logitech camera sound was not so great. This was the solution I tried, and it works just like I hoped. Very good range of highs and lows, and very clear vocals. I am not singing or anything, just talking in meetings, and recording a few instructional videos. Not What I Expected
The sound quality on this mic is great for the price, but keep in mind you still get what you pay for. The mic was surprisingly quiet, turn up the gain and you're fine but then you're picking up background noise. I wouldn't recommend it for live recording for this reason. It's obvious the mic is meant to be positioned some 5-6 inches from the source. Though it includes a desktop stand, it doesn't serve this purpose well as it will pick up keyboard noise and mouse clicks. Noise gates don't help the issue since the mic is so quiet to begin with. Turn the noise gate up to silence your keyboard, and you find yourself being silenced also. This mic should be positioned on a boom in front of the user for vocals, podcasts, etc. Or it should be positioned rather close to an instrumental source. Overall: Pros: Great sound quality when you're actually heard Very easy to set up Size is fair Cons: Poor volume, easy to pick up background noise. Though advertised as an all-purpose mic, it's better suited towards a solo musician recording in a quiet environment.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

So much better than my webcam mic
This was a great addition to my setup for Zoom meetings. I'd purchased an inexpensive webcam so I could use my desktop for two monthly meetings, but the sound quality of its built-in mic was disappointing. almost flawless USB microphone.
this is an extremely good USB mic on a budget. I am a twitch streamer, and I purchased this to get away from those cheap xlr microphones. I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged it in, because I loved the sound of it. it's a very brodcasty sounding mic. awesome for streams, and my viewers immediately could tell a difference and were raving about the mic. the only downside that I had was that if you want any good quality, you have to download the blue sherpa app. that will download the right drivers for it, and after you do, play around with the gain for a bit. Awesome microphone
This mic is nice because of the 3 setting, making it a versatile mic for a user on a budget that wants near professional results. Recommend getting this over the Ice model. It nice to have the control even if you don't use it for music recording. It is a decent sized mic make sure you get large enough pop filter. Best Microphone for Computer Use
Comparing those super cheap, low quality, unknown brand computer mics, that you can find all over the internet, I will have to bet for this one. The Blue Snowball iCE Microphone is not the best you can find, but it work well for a low budget, great quality gear you may start with. Two things makes the Blue Snowball iCE shine over cheaper/unknown-brand mics. 1. Dynamic Range is way better, with more highs and lows frequencies. Offering a better quality for your voice and even music recording. 2. It's USB connection makes decent recordings even without PHANTOM POWER. Which in the case of the other cheap microphones, it is NECESSARY if you want to reach the same level of quality. For starters, you may aim for the Blue Snowball iCE, if you are looking for a high quality recording production. If you have a better budget, go for better mics, like the "Yeti". But right now, I'm very satisfied with the quality I get for videos voiceovers and gameplay commentary.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great mic for YouTube, etc.
This microphone is a good quality item. It works as advertised, and is a great stepping stone to the more expensive, professional microphones. I have had great luck with this device, and with recording YouTube videos thus far, and I would recommend it for that application. Having worked with stage quality microphones and sound equipment, this is definitely not at the tier of best mics, but for a condenser to USB, is superb, especially for the price.
