Seller did offer to ship a "second" version of the same product that they hand not listed. Seller responded with annoyance that we requested a refund through ebay. I do not think this is a bad seller maybe this issue was just a one-off, but the overall experience was not good. I also feel that the buyer does not realize that items shipped by media mail can take up to 21 business days to arrive per USPS. I have an ebay store, and I have been doing ebay since 2003. I know how to read tracking, and the tracking shows the item was never delivered to the post office for shipment. I am not offended, we understand that things happen and if the item ever mysteriously shows up, we would be sure to return it to the seller.
