Seller stated occurred in shipping, the box was well insulated and not damaged. It seems improbable it occurred in shipping. Seller offered a full refund I asked to return the broken figure and have a partial refund. Seller would not accommodate. I will not buy from this seller again, I do not trust I will get what is pictured.

    Great for the money, small, light and just enough boost without any noticeable distortion.

    I am not an audiophile but love hearing good quality music and have fount headphones are a great way to enjoy the sound. I have a pair for Sennheiser 40mm headphones and found a lot of devices would just get the sound to a good audible level. If I wanted to mow the lawn or rock out I need an amp to drive them a little harder. This does the trick. IT does not make them crazy loud and I am pretty sure this won't blow the speakers in my headphones but it does the trick. Did not notice an distortion or hum. Battery life seems to be good so far. I took it for a day long bike ride and it lasted all day. I did not have it maxed out though all day. It also has 3 built in EQ settings that are helpful for enhancing the music.     Probably mine is deffective

    I bought this FiiO A1 from pitbull and to be honest this has been a nightmare for me. Mine does not hold the charge for very long.. Not even 2 hours and im not using it for those 2 hours.. Also when charging it the red light is very weak you can barely see it.. And once is completely charge there is no light on. Other problem is a strong strange interference noise when not playing any music from a source. Also not to much volume to feed some earphones.. I want to believe this is a defective device and not all of them are the same. Unfortunately pitbull the seller doesnt want to exchange it because i dont have the packaging any more. I guess this is going straight to the garbage can.

    Nice portable amp

    I use this to power my in ear monitors (headphones) when playing music on my smartphone while on the go. Works great. Quite a few features packed into a small package.     How does something so small work so big?

    I bought this brand-new, charged it up, hooked it up and read the instructions for use. Turned the input volume to a relatively low setting, turned the FiiO up to a good level, set the EQ preset to a good-sounding level and held the + button...and it kept going up, up, up to a dramatically loud and very clear sound level. I'm amazed. It's a great way to save phone battery so your phone isn't driving your muff-type headphones and draining precious talk time in the process.     Nice little amp for on the go or at the office

    I got this amp because I have a pair of SHP9500S headphones that were being held back by the pretty bad output of my work laptop audio jack, and also for using on the go with my phone. I have to say it is a very appreciable boost to sound with this. I'm not really an audiophile or anything, but it definitely helps if you have a larger pair of headphones that may require more power to reach their full potential.
