    Good product, difficult for self installation

    It's a good motion detector. If you don't have pets you can set it on high sensitivity and it's pretty good. Down side is there is no usable documentation. To add the wireless device to the DSC systems it takes multi-step programming. All information are available on the web, but it's not in one single place. So it takes hours, may be days of trial and error to get it to work. One thing I found out is that the motion sensor light doesn't turn on once it's fully activated (not documented). So don't think it's defective if it stops flashing red after the first 10 tests (in documentation). This ended up costing me extra by buying another higher priced one just to confirm. At the end of the day it's a decent product for the price paid on Ebay. Just beware that the documentation is intended ...

    False alarm

    Unfortunately these alarms haven't worked well for me. Many false alarms, although have to admit humidity has been unusually high which might be the culprit.
