    seller does not respond when you contact them. Product arrived and was small brightening oil. No mention of skin lightening at all as stated on advert online on google. I then went to the shop to by fair and white. If so bad then they would not have returning customers at all.

    Item was totally not as described. Not labeled correctly, no Ingredients list and no expiry date. Seller refused return and eBay had to step in to give me a refund. Very ignorant and terrible seller. A very bad experience

    All our products have accepted labels with ingredients and expiry info, the label was on top of the lid which this buyer didnt show because she rather provide false information. We dont provide refunds for products that are open, you cant get a refund for a product opened bought from a high street store like boots so its not any different here, for hygiene purposes.
