      Unfortunately one of the plates arrived chipped. However, the seller was absolutely great and gave me a partial refund for the damaged item, which I am very grateful for.       Unfortunately, the bowls arrived in a unsatisfactory condition: all but one were broken. I contacted the seller immediately with images, and was credited the full amount for the order within a few days. There really was no excuse for the damages either, it certainly wasn't for a lack of packaging, they were wrapped exceptionally well. I hold the shipping company at fault.
