A simple review of the parts would have revealed the condition to the seller and the true condition should have been disclosed. However, the seller did offer an accommodation before the conclusion of the sale so I felt it was an equitable sale. The description of the engine was good but a look little vague. The value of engine was fair. I didn’t ask if the engine was in working order and if I had I might not have bought it.
