      Genuine Paramount module

      Oem replacement Paramount 6 port module. I've gone through a few of these over the last 17 years. The oem module seems to last anywhere between 5-7 years. A little skeptical about purchasing a knockoff brand but considering they are around a 1/3rd of the price, I may give one a try one of these years. For now, this one is working as intended.

      This latest part design is the best

      These original modules used in in floor pool cleaning systems contained metal and were subject to corrosion and failure. The outcome would be that the system was unable to progress through the various jets. Replacing the module is very simple and fully solves the problem. This particular module is well made with the latest larger gearing design and better valves. I would recommend this more recent design version for this part.

      Ease of installation !

      I installed my new valve and immediately noticed the difference in my pool sweeps and skimmer action. I should have ordered sooner. The only problem I had was that the O ring did not want to seal. I installed my old O ring and no problem. The new one appeared to be a bit too thick.
