Dyson DC25 Animal Multi Floor Hose Assembly
Great value and easy to install. Bottom hose end fit perfectly, top end will fit the wand arm correctly but does not have the locking tab to lock to the dyson vacuum cleaner like the original hose does. It does secure when attaching the actual dyson handle but the original hose has a locking tab so it is secured when the handle is off. You can swap the end from the old hose to the new if you want to but additional tools are required. To install the new one as is only takes a couple minutes.Great value and easy to install. Good quality but doesnt fit..
The hose itself if very good quality. Looks almost the same as the real thing,but the clip that needs to be inserted into the vacuum isnt the same. It doesnt match up and will not click into place. My husband (thankfully) rigged it up with duct tape so it sits in place. I didnt want to to pay to have it shipped back and I dont want to pay full price for a dyson hose. lol So I will deal with the rigged hose and hope it works. Duct tape to the rescue again.. Works great!
I was a little skeptical at first but I couldn’t afford the name brand part when my hose fell apart. The price was right so I gave it a try. I can barely tell the difference between the old original part and this generic one. It looks nearly identical, snapped right into place & works every bit as good. Very happy with this generic replacement hose.

Dyson Vacuum hose replacement works great! It was easy to replace. The new hose increased the suction strength of the vacuum which I did not realize that I had lost due to the split in the old hose material.
