The parcel arrived damaged with contents visibly stained even from the outside. I refused to accept the parcel from Yodel and contacted the Seller.
Seller, to their credit, immediately dispatched a replacement which arrived inside 2 days.
I therefore have little doubt that this is a supplier of proven integrity who has been let down (hopefully an isolated case) by their delivery agency.
