    Perfect hybrid off-grid solution

    I bought this unit in 24v as the basis for a domestic 'hybrid' off-grid 240vA/C system. Using 4 x 12v 100 AH Lithium Ion batteries, (24v x 2 = 200 AH) two 380 watt 12v solar panels wired in series and a Li MPPT charge controller, I ran a new ring cable under the house with junctions up to most used domestic equipment. eg: fridge, TV/Hi-Fi, WiFi modem and my video edit/cinema room. The scary thing is, with the inverter's watt meter switching from battery voltage to watts used, you can see just how much power your precious equipment actually uses on standby! I'm now 'blackout proof' and also expecting a significant reduction in my household power bill.

    Solid well build unit

    Solid well build unit. Decent-sized terminal connections and provided cables which match the wattage. The large metal heatsink casing will provide adequate cooling. I have hooked it up and it is working without a hitch. I haven't put any big load through it so can't comment on that. Wishes for the product (note wishes not criticism): - Some digital output i.e. RS485 - Would be super happy if there is a 48V version of this product available. Overall very happy with the inverter
