Bought the canon EOS version to use with a EOS5D mkII. The greatest thing about this lens is the small size and a very good metal build quality ! It's a true wide angle on full frame camera, for a small size. It is manual for the focus, but aperture is driven by the camera body. Focusing manually is not so hard with a bit of practice. The picture quality is less than a canon L lens, but better than many other. Vignetting is rather important, but can be corrected in post treatment. By comparison: resolution of the Voigtlander is better than my Sigma EX 14mm F2.8, especially in corners. To conclude, I think it's a good value for the money (410Euros from east Europe to western Europe)
The best things about this lens is its' size , its' build quality - metal and the quality of the images it produces. As a street photographer, I like to use a wide angle lens. I always wanted to go wider than 24 so the 20 was perfect as I like to get in close and capture a big full scene. Takes a bit to get used to the manual focus but the action on the focus ring is extremely smooth and accurate...F3.5 still gives you a shallow depth of field if you desire but as a street shooter I don't use it that much...I usually want most aspect of the image sharp...the corners do fall off a tad but nothing too extreme. If really is a steal of a deal to get this prime lens fpr a couple hundred dollars used.
