I got my UP2 a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it for the first week. The app is as great as everyone say, I tracked food, sleep, and steps. I was motivated to eat better and walk more often. But then the battery life of about 10 days ran down, and the band would not recharge. This seems to be a known issue with some bands and to Jawbone's credit they replaced it without complaint. They didn't even worry that it came from e-bay instead of an authorized seller. I am about 4 days into the new band so the 10 days didn't run out and I hadn't recharged it after the first drain but I am hopeful. Ok, aside from that the band is great, the app is too. It's very easy and convenient. The band weighs next to nothing and unlike other trackers when I wear it upside down it looks like a cool bracelet instead of a fit tracker. I type a great deal for work and have no problem wearing it (even upside down). Highly recommend it and even bought one in a girlie color for my wife.Read full review

The company who created this product is out of business. You can't register new accounts. I had to troubleshoot my band and still can't get it to pair or even turn on without it being on the charging cord. Definitely not something I would recommend. The reason I purchased was the lightweight & thin features which was the only thing about this I can say I liked.

Not good it’s hard to get it properly onto my charger it says the magnet will contact it but it’s strong enough to push the band over so the little plugs can’t connect.
