Fantastic product. I used them daily, my puppy loves the snuggle safe heat pad, she always seeks it out and lays on top of it. Give me peace of mind knowing she is warm enough without having to leave a gas heater on and worrying about her chewing the power cord! They really do stay warm for hours upon hours and quick and simple to heat up, Highly recommend! :)

    Handy heat source

    Very hard (like some type of ceramic) covered in plastic outer. Does not get hot but useful long term warmth, lasted whole night which was a pleasant change. Only issue was getting it in cage doors, can be problematic.

    Hard and doesn't get very warm

    The disk is a solid hard block so not very nice for cat to snuggle in to. It doesn't get very warm and barely stays 'warm' for the promised time. We have continued to use the water bottle we were using before purchasing this so that the cat is actually warrm for the night in her own bed (and not ours).

    Use it for myself!

    I was worried about my hot water bottle leaking and burning me, and thought the heat dissipated from my wheat bag too quickly. The disc is a little hard but easy to adapt to. It’s great to get a bit of lower back support on my slightly soft mattress. I’d feel comfortable letting my cats use one of these if they had their own beds.

    The easiest way to keep pets warm and so easy to clean!

    I have adolescent chickens, and it's been down to zero degrees celcius at night, so warming these pads and placing them in the coup has been invaluable. The fact that they are plastic is fantastic - the chicks can't peck through them, and they are so easy to clean. I was so impressed that I bought 3 of them!

    Warm and safe

    My work uses these for small animals, so I decided to buy one for my cats too. My cats love to sit on this thing. You could probably use it for humans too, it’s super safe. It comes with a fleece sleeve so it’s less intimidating for the animals, and doesn’t expose them directly to the heat. I have used these hundreds of times, have never had a problem. I tend to heat them for a little less than the recommended time out of paranoia, and they still stay warm for a good few hours. The price seems steep, but they definitely are worth it.
