    A Great Performing Point and Shoot

    I really like the picture quality of this camera despite only being 6mp. What is interesting is that when you zoom in on the images this camera takes, you will notice that it retains greater quality as compared to new 12mp point and shoot camera of today! Plus with the larger aperture, it has better light gathering power. The only downfall I see with this camera is in the video quality, which today's camera do better in.

    Great Camera With Just the Right Pixel Load

    This camera takes excellent pictures. For this size sensor and for most photos that are not going to be blown up into posters, six megapixels gives at least a nearly perfect image. Also, the SP-500 is very easy to use and compact enough to carry easily but hefty enough to be held steady with little effort. Another great offering from Olympus.

    Super Deal

    Love the new camera its light weight, takes clear detailed pictures. The 10x zoom is great for taking pictures of the wildlife in my backyard from a distance. I use it mainly for taking pictures of a friends handmade jewelry to display on her website. It shows the detail of the pieces with such detail. So easy to operate I was taking pictures on the day it arrived in the mail. Loved how quickly it arrived and I am very happy with what turned out to be a great camera for an incredible price.
