Best sounding headphones for its price range.
I've been using this headset for around 8 Years. In the meantime I got to use few other headsets from Razer, asus, sony..and this headset eats them all by mile with the sound quality, features, build up materials, design. Recently my wow headset died and I decided to switch to true 7.1 sound. I bought high quality top tier 7.1 headset, after using it for about 3 months, I have to say I am quite disappointed and that going back to wow headset. So here I am. Ordering a new Wow headset. Hopefully it will serve me another 8 years. Nothing beats that sound quality for me. Out of the box is average, but with customizing the enhancements in the software app, it takes it to the next level. downside of this headset is that ear pads do wear out quite fast, so that is the only thing that is bad. ... Extremely comfortable
I use this headset for work, for about 8 hours a day, and it is by far the most comfortable headset I have ever owned. Instead of plastic, the earpads are made of an extremely soft and comfortable velvet like material. They might not isolate outside noise as well, but they do a very good job, and they allow you to hear yourself when speaking (I personally find it extremely annoying when I cannot hear myself well while I speak). The microphone is very nice, and it does a pretty good job at cancelling noise. The microphone is detachable, so you can use them as regular headphones if you want. The volume is a little low, but I guess that's to be expected from headphones that are not USB powered. Awesome headset! Worth the price!
Great Item works awesome. I have been wanting one of these since they came out and I'm so happy I did I upgraded from a SteelSeries headset and the wow headset works way better. The software is easy to use and set up.
