This motor cover PLUS starter assembly fit great on my BG56, and a HUGE bonus is it's a non "Easy Start" part! Includes all the starting parts brand new! The Easy Start is what was inexplicably failing on my leaf blower, I replaced those parts twice and still wadded up that silly additional spring which wrecked the plastic post the recoil starter rotates on. Highly recommend if your "Easy Start" Stihl blower fails. 👍

Had a soft start system on my leaf blower. Broke it 3 times so I was done. Bought this to convert to regular start and works perfectly. Even transferred the Stihl nameplate and that was perfect, too.
