    Best fishing line cutter

    I fish as much as a professional fisherman does, maybe more. I make my own walleye rigs etc. and have used all kinds of different line cutters. I found for most of the time just simple nail clippers work best for me. The problem with nail clippers is they don't last too long, especially on new type braided lines. I seem not to be able to throw away that old nail clipper and end up with a dozen pair of them in my boat or tackle box, none of them any good. I purchased this new clipper from Boomerang, and it's the best tool I have used to cut any type of line. It cuts like a hot knife through butter. I ordered the one without the light. I don't need the light and don't want to worry about the battery or corrosion. If your like me just about the time you would need a light it wouldn't work ...

    Quality has slipped.

    This is the second of these I have acquired. The original one, purchased a year ago, was much sharper when new. This latest one appears to be about as sharp as my old model is now. Was disappointed with that. Have really enjoyed my original Boomerang cutter, but mildly irritated with how dull this new unit is.

    One of the best tools to cut braid

    Ive been searching for months for scissors or a tool that cuts 20 and 30 pound braid with ease and could not find it until i got this tool. I mainly bought this so i can cut braid with just one clean, fast and easy snip and thats exactly what this tool does its an excellent braid cutting tool and will cut any other type of fishing line that you have really easy

    Best fishing line cutter period.

    This line cutter go with me every time I go fishing. It is the handiest little gadget on my boat. It works great, is always handy when I clip it to my belt loop and is safe because it closes up with no sharp points or blades to cut you. I have several and have given them to some of my friends. They all love them as much as I do.

    Super handy, easy to carry, will cut braid (50lbs) like a razor, fluoro and mono is a snap. If you fish on a regular bases this is an awesome time saver
