Exactly as described...but the plastic is so flimsy the bin warps even just being moved from spot to spot. Also the wheels don't fit in the bottom holes properly and pop out constantly. Expected thicker/sturdier plastic considering the price.

I use this bin as a rubbish bin in my kitchen. The rubbish bags fit and it doesn't have a pedal that will break. The top closes which keeps the cockroaches out.

The pictures are accurate. The bins are new condition and true to color and size. However, the wheels are fragile and and fall out every time we try to wheel the bins. So not really a “wheelie bin”
