The listing says UPS shipping, and the seller shipped USPS. This led to my packages being returned to sender, as USPS does not deliver to my address. The packages were re-sent without being repackaged, just new labels and sent. When my heads finally arrived, they were pretty damaged. All 4 corners of each head were bashed, and multiple other areas were damaged. Heads were wrapped in bubble wrap, no other protection. Return shipping was higher than cost to repair. Seller unwilling to discount.
