Not at all true- you bought these thinking they were OEM Ford flares, we dont sell factory ford flares. Our photos of our exact item is posted as well as our dimensions which are not the same as Ford Flares. We sell an aftermarket product. Sorry you feel we made a mistake. You did in fact get exactly what was purchased. You are more than welcome to send them back for a full refund.
