The DVD case had severe impact damage, not something I would ordinarily accept, although I kept the item since the disk inside was not broken and I required it immediately. I also kept the item since the seller was kind enough to ship it multiple times due to the inept practices of the USPS, and I therefore would not want to burden the seller any further with a request to exchange the item for another. I would purchase from this seller again.
