      Glad I found Neutralizing Bibs here!

      I guess these are rarely used these days, as I had a hard time finding Neutralizing Bibs at any of my local beauty supply stores. In fact the clerks had no idea what I was asking for! What I could find online were ridiculously expensive. But this source had just what I wanted at a reasonable price!
