Disappointed with this seller. Product was excellent, until it wasn't. Shortly after buying a watch strap it fell apart. I made SEVERAL attempts to contact the seller and ZERO response. I purchased another one, and of course it was shipped no problem - Ignored my messages. Affordable product but bad customer service.

We sent the buyer a brand new strap and the buyer sent us a photo of used strap (you can tell from the photo, the strap in the photo was heavily used at least more than a year) and ask for a replacement strap of refund.
