    Seller listed the product ( a driver side window glass for a bmw from 1990) for a price w/ free shipping. When needing to create the label, the seller sees that I'm located in Alaska. Rather than reaching out to talk about an additional cost for shipping (which I'd gladly have paid). The order was canceled, and refunded. No message, no communication of any kind. complete lack of customer service. Nothing more than the automated system telling me there "is an issue with the buyer's address" 0/10.

    January 22 at 7:32 PM I messaged the buyer to get the additional money for freight as we had previously negotiated. I was ignored and after sometime the order was cancelled. It is extremely dishonest to use feedback as retaliation, but what could one expect from someone trying to scam an honest seller. eBay will be asked to get involved and this buyer will be blocked from doing any business with Logan Motorwerks in the future
