Item received was an inferior product to the item pictured in the listing. Seller claimed I had received the correct item. I provided pictures pointing out very clear discrepancies between item listed and item received. The sellers response was that it was a lot more expensive for one as per the pictures in the listing. I asked for a refund and return details and got no response. I had to escalate and eBay stepped in and refunded my money.
Postage was very slow, within Australia & took 4 weeks.
