Visually it seems like the white is the least bright and the warm white plus the yellow are the brightest. The white setting is bluish white or what I usually call Snow White. It's pretty bright but the most comfortable and brightest mode is the warm white. To me at least. It's pretty easy on the eye. Even though I have certain areas of the house on the white setting.
