The vendor responded promptly to all correspondence he provided concise and accurate instructions one the purchase was made. The only drawback was in posting the part to him. For what ever reasons, it took a week each way. However it seems a bit risky to ship tis type of item in a padded envelope rather than a small box when shipping internationally. The item was priced fairly so that it makes sense to by the replacement PCB rather than buying a new Throttle.
