I use box spring so this doesn't fit sturdy enough. Sometimes baby failed in into the middle of the rail and base. Sometimes baby failed off the floor. My baby 6m old, very naughty and active, she kept pushing forward the bed rail and both of them failed off the floor. Luckily there was no injury.
It'd recommend this product if you had a bed frame otherwise you better get another type of bed rail
