Very good pricing and pens / packs were just as described. The only potential negative is that they are on heavy paperboard backing and were shipped in a plastic envelope so that the 'cards' were bent. They wouldn't look nice to include in a gift basket or stocking but are great for what I need. I did have one question and seller responded very quickly! Very prompt shipping. However, the person who packaged the shipment should have known the order wasn't full filled, notified supervisor and company should have let me know of the shortage.
