    Excellent

    Looking at them I thought they was never going too help my foot too heal. I have used them for 5 days now and can feel a difference in my foot. I only need one gel pad. I wash them and pat them dry they are perfect again. They are easy to put in place. I put some heat treatment cream on to help the pad stay in place while I put socks on.
