    Not the fastest, but fast, well made, and reliable.

    Considering the price and speed on these, you really can't beat them, especially for laptops, netbooks, and uSFF/SFF computers. Most laptops and netbooks, and many computers that aren't even that old only have SATA-2 ports. SATA-2 limits you to 300MBps (aka 3Gbps), so even if the SSD can go faster, the computer can't. This drive can actually read just a little faster than SATA-2 can handle. (around 310MBps) Write speed isn't as good as a larger drive, but for most people this isn't as big a deal. (around 70MBps) TL;DR: Great speed upgrade at a great price for anyone using a regular hard drive.
