Arrived quickly. Packaged well. Product very thin. Wore it for 2 weeks when thin internal wire broke (see image - had to poke the wire through the outer casing to prove it was broken to seller). Prompt communication. I wanted a replacement. I was given 50% of my money back which was not he agreed to and I have not heard from samsammy2006 since. Disappointed. Will go elsewhere.
