I was sold an item that was advertised as NEW, but was very clearly used. There were scratches on the front of the camera, the screen was broken in multiple places with some dead pixels. They attempted to claim it was "damaged in transport," but it was very obvious this item was NOT NEW. There was garbage from the previous owner in the box when it arrived. They accepted the return after some back and forth, but only after providing multiple photos of what I would consider excessive damage

Unfortunate situation with the buyer claiming damage only to receive the return , which was NOT the new item as shipped and correctly listed .
