    The owners/customer service were fantastic. They tried their best to satisfy me with options for a different product,& in the end, simply refunded my money even though I gave the diffuser to my Ex Girlfriend. They even said they would work on making the diffuser emit a larger output of aromatherapy mist which i think would require a larger motor, or a more narrow orifice where the mist comes out from. I loved everything else about the unit other then the output, and hopefully they ll rectify it.
