I was not notified that my item would have to go through Customs. There was no update for almost 3 weeks (from when the item left the origin post to when it arrived in the U.S.). I did not start receiving daily updates until my item arrived in the U.S. My item was estimated to be delivered by 12/23/23 but did not arrive until 12/30/23. I don t believe this was the fault of the seller. It would have been nice to receive an update from Ebay regarding the possibility of my item being delayed.
