Part was broken and shipped anyway. It was in double bubble wrap and the box was intact. Very upset that it was sent this way. Fixing the washer and part is defective and for $129 it’s ridiculous and unacceptable. The part is supposed to shield the electrical contacts so water doesn’t get to it. How can someone say the part isn’t important? Clearly he doesn’t know about his product. New but broken
