    Excellent service. Great communication. Saved a unit that I thought was ready to be recycled. Shipping is pricy but outside the control of Nick's. Appreciated the status updates as unit was received, problem verified, serviced, tested, and finally notification unit had been shipped back to me. Never had to contact Nick's for a update. Price of repairs/shipping was a fraction of replacing the unit. Would do this again without hesitation.
