refurbished as stated buyer made it clear of the condition and i am happy with them, the brand new stand has one of the supports on the wrong way around, and the tightening bolt sticks out instead of pointing towards the center support, with all my strength i cannot undo the bolt holding it on so it has to stay the wrong way around,
