Item works perfectly fine. I will say that the communication is not the best with this seller. They listed the "make an offer" feature for the item but in all actuality weren't willing to haggle the price down of the charger more than a dollar, which is kind of pointless to offer the feature if you don't negotiate fairly. Overall I believed I paid too much for the item but it arrived when expected and in good condition.

Ordered 2, one did not survive shipping unfortunately. They were packaged exceptionally well but accidents still happen. Seller was able to offer a refund of the broken panel and we have a functional monitor again. No defects, scratches, dents, etc. on either panel from manufacturing.
