I was about to send my Ipod to them when I came across Ryanvox on another Google search. He was always willing to answer all my questions. After he received my broken Ipod the time it took him to fix it and returned was fast. He also supports military/veterans. I will definitely recommend him and if my other Ipod fails I know now where to get it done right.
