Expensive gown shoved into a plastic bag and sent in an auspost parcel bag with no protection. Dress arrived missing a piece and no spare pieces were sent. A true Zimmermann lover wouldn’t treat an authentic dress like this. Refund requested but seller doesn’t accept those funny enough. Disappointed, loved this dress and can’t wear due to missing piece location, men’s due to no spare pieces and out $1200. Be aware.
