Apart from 1 electric connector missing the mirror is slightly smaller around edging but fits perfectly thank you would defo highly recomend i had it for lexus rx400h 2008..     Lexus replacement mirror

    The backing plate is not an identical copy of the original. The mirror heater spade connectors are bigger than the original, only a minor problem. Another 2 pin connector mounting bracket is also missing from this mirror, but doesn't seem to be a problem. The mirror itself is excellent quality. The fastening clips are very difficult to locate and fit. A massive saving on a genuine Lexus spare part.

    low quality injection moulding -doesn't snap in

    The fixing parts of this product didn't have any hooks or projections to snap it into place, the moulding was very low quality and had flash projections elsewhere that had to be fettled off. It did not fit properly so I had to rely on Blue Tack and superglue to retain the transferred spring clips and to keep it attached to the mirror body. It is likely to fall out once I hit a winter pot hole. The website said it fits my Lexus ( RX350 2007 Diesel) which it does BUT the heater contacts are too wide and necessitated the soldering of new connectors to the mirror power wiring. There was no provision for any stepped edge heater/auto dim that uses a separate power wiring connector.
