I received the new reel within a couple of days. Excellent service!

    A lot of reel for the money.

    Well worth the cost. It was purchased as a beach surf shark rod. Holds 450 yards of 80lb braid and handles very well both in casting and playing heavy fish. Would recommend fully.

    This is not a reel,it’s s winch. 730 yards of 50 lb braid,33 lbs of drag,wow!Bought this reel to shark fish off the beach with,I’ve usually used a penn reel,thought I’d go with something a little different this time, man I wasn’t disappointed fit and finish are outstanding would highly recommend

    I have the 8000. This is one of the best values in Spinning reels ever. Fully sealed, big game battle wagon for around $200 you can't beat it. I'm planning on buying the 5000 as well. FYI, I was a little concerned the 8000 was going to be over sized and too big to fish or fit most rods, IT'S NOT. The 8000 is very compact for it's incredible line capacity. Buy this real. Wish they had a 6th star.
