    buyers beware, shipped a damaged product (w/o the cracked pieces not in the box aka it didn’t happen in shipping) which i realized within ten minutes of opening and messaged him informing/asking for a refundseller unwilling told me to return the item and when i did he tried to tell ebay that i must’ve dropped the item as the box wasn’t damaged etc so they would decide in his favor very shady seller, do not recommend, buy elsewhere!!!

After we sent undamaged item wrapped securely, we got it back with broken pieces found inside. We assisted as much as we could by lowering the price and giving back a full refund, despite the rudeness received throughout the conversation. As much as it is our job to please our customers, it is also our responsibility to know when someone is trying to fraud us and take care of it.
