I deeply apologize for the error in not checking the battery bay before storing (and before shipping it out) ... however, I was in no way "giving you the run around" ... I believed you about the issue and just requested that you destroy the item and send me proof of destruction so it would be necessary to have the item returned to me , you simply did not understand my request.
