Delivery was prompt; item was exactly as described. With new DVD player protocols - like 'All Area' compatibility - I was about in despair to find a player for my own recorded DVD's without having repeating audio dropouts. This machine was 'like new' and operates just as I was hoping. I must say, the seller used the most protective, thorough packaging methods that I have ever encountered. While it was some work to free the DVD unit from all the protective packaging,it was well worth the effort!

Exceeded expectations. The product is great. Been looking for a set of these speakers for a long time. It was packed extremely well, in fact better than most professional packers. There was a bit of snafu (delay) on the shipping time due to a family emergency, but the seller was communitive throughout the process. The overall price of the speakers was great, but he cost of shipping was a little high, but in the end worth it given that the speakers arrived undamaged.
