The product I received is not the product on the box or featured in the listing. The seller has substituted the real product with a cheaper, poorly made imitation. They’re not even similar. I’ve never seen such blatant fraud! I opened a claim with eBay and after a lengthy back and forth with the seller, they eventually agreed to take the product back and issue a refund. I sent the shoe rack back, but the seller didn’t issue the refund. I had to contact eBay to finally get my money back.
